Accounts Receivable Clerk

We invite part-time accounting specialists, A/R or A/P clerks, or recent accounting graduates to join our remarkable team in Union, NJ. Requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and hold yourself to a higher standard of integrity.
- Embrace technology and have a natural attention to detail.
- Make people feel comfortable, even in difficult conversations.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Experience with basic accounting processes such as payroll, accounts receivable or payable, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Familiarity with basic GAAP accounting concepts, such as revenue recognition.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Accurately complete daily batching responsibilities, including check retrieval and bank deposits.
- Ensure documentation of customer communications during collections process.
- Continue to expand your knowledge of our trades & related transactions (i.e. plumbing, HVAC, electrical job classifications).
