Requirements

1+ years of experience in accounting
Experience with ERP systems
Ability to process invoices, post payments, communicate with vendors, and understand debits and credits

Responsibilities

Process invoices, post payments, communicate with vendors, and understand debits and credits
Enter vendor invoices, match POs, verify pricing, prepare check runs, and follow up on missing documentation.
Generate customer invoices, apply payments, prepare deposit batches, and assist with routine collections outreach.
Provide general office support including answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies.
Scan, file, and organize accounting documents; maintain digital folders; ensure records are audit‑ready.
Input financial data into ERP/accounting systems with a high level of accuracy.
Respond to inquiries, send statements, request missing paperwork, and route questions to the appropriate team members.
Help verify receiving documents, match packing slips to invoices, and communicate discrepancies to warehouse staff.
