Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business
0–1 year of previous experience in accounts receivable
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Accounting Software.
Good time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
Generate invoices and statements.
Researches and troubleshoots payments, outstanding invoices disputes and short payments.
Files Accounts Receivable related documentation.
Manages overflow from other peers and finance, accounting and administration departments.
Assist with other accounting duties as needed.
Reviews aging reports, producing and sending collection letters and/or statements as necessary.
