Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
On-the-job training and computer software training provided.
Valid Driver’s License required for inter-company travel; must meet company insurability standards
Regular sitting throughout the workday.
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CDK is preferred.

Responsibilities

Make collection calls for past due accounts and support resolution of outstanding balances
Process credit applications for new and existing customers
Set up new customer accounts and Cash on Delivery (COD) accounts
Maintain and organize tax exempt certificates
Post Peterbilt and PACCAR warranty transactions
Accept and process credit card payments
Calculate, post, and verify financial data including invoices, account statements, and payments
Post transactions using the appropriate general ledger accounts
Assist with PACCAR and Fleet Charge postings
Maintain accurate and organized account records
Perform additional duties as assigned, including overtime when necessary
Adhere to all health and safety policies to support a safe work environment
