About The Position

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant

Requirements

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• AC and Plumbing knowledge a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Daily Deposits
• Collections
• Billing
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Discover and resolve discrepancies
