About The Position

The Accounting Analyst position is an in-office role critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is one with strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic financial decisions. The Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing general ledger activities, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Additionally, performs detailed variance analysis, reconcile accounts, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to audit readiness. This role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across various business units, providing financial insights and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail
Proficient at analyzing & interpreting data, with a willingness to ask questions
Above average Microsoft Office application skills, specifically in Excel
Experience with Microsoft ERP software is highly desirable
Work well within a Team and independently
Able to handle a large workload under time constraints and tough circumstances

An analytical mind with good math skills
