Stan Clark Companies is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant

Stan Clark Companies, a restaurant, production, and retail clothing management company, is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented person to work in a flexible, casual work environment as a member of our accounting team. The best candidate will be able to work with a variety of people, present a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, be very detailed, and work efficiently with computers and office equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or work experience in accounting related areas
• 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or related work
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
• Being self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Quickbooks experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts receivable records
• Review funds received and match to appropriate invoices
• Prepare deposits on a daily basis
• Prepare reports of accounts as required
• Other bookkeeping duties
• Other related duties as assigned
• Assist the accounting team as necessary
