About The Position
As an Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you will leave work each day feeling a sense of accomplishment. You’ll join a friendly, upbeat group of people on a mission to make our clients’ accounts payable process as seamless as possible. This is a busy and growing department, and by joining us you will become a valuable and essential member of the BioProcure team! On an average day, an Accounts Payable Support Specialist: Quickly and accurately enters a large volume of information into our easy-to-use software system Provides excellent customer service via email and phone support Develops and maintains relationships with both clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication Researches, resolves, and follows up on any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Performs other duties as assigned This is a position with unlimited growth potential. Requirements
- The ability to perform data entry assignments with speed and accuracy
- Extreme attention to detail
- At least 1-year customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- The confidence to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced/changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependability, flexibility, and consistency
- The ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues
- The confidence to learn new programs and software applications
- The ability to cooperate and work together with a team
- A positive, can-do attitude
Responsibilities
