Fox Cities Builders is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Accounting/AP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment coordination
• Review vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Process weekly payments, including checks, ACH, and Positive Pay submissions
• Oversee credit card transactions, approvals, and monthly reconciliations
• Maintain fuel system records, reporting, and employee access
• Support intercompany invoicing and project-related billing/reporting
• Assist with annual 1099 processing and ongoing reporting needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in company meetings
