About The Position
Responsible for the processing and payment of invoices, assisting in resolving vendor payment problems, maintaining vendor files and inputting invoice data and other miscellaneous hospital charges into the Center’s Accounts Payable system.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years Accounts Payable and/or Accounting experience required
- Experience with data entry, specifically electronic processing of invoices required
Nice To Haves
- Five or more years Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Knowledge of Meditech 6.1 and/or ERP
Responsibilities
- Processing and payment of invoices
- Assisting in resolving vendor payment problems
- Maintaining vendor files
- Inputting invoice data and other miscellaneous hospital charges into the Center’s Accounts Payable system
