About The Position

Gerald Honda of Countryside is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable role. This position is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, performing account reconciliations, and handling other financial duties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Dealertrack in a dealership setting, possess the ability to identify and analyze financial issues, and maintain a customer-service oriented approach.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute Accounts Payable checks
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts receivable
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review customer invoices
• Assist with month-end closing
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
