About The Position
Key Collision is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with occasional travel to our Rochester, NH location. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple accounting functions while supporting overall business operations.
Requirements
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Accounting degree preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, including invoice entry and payments
- Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments and following up on past due balances
- Reconcile statements, including credit card accounts
- Prepare and reconcile daily deposits
- Verify general ledger balances, including cash clearing accounts
- Disburse checks and support other accounting tasks as needed
