Responsibilities

• Completing day-to-day task of matching, uploading invoices to shared services, coding invoices, approve raw material receipts and reconcile raw material inventory.
• Receive and code invoices from purchase orders and process accurately for approval.
• Assist Accounts Payable Coordinator in vendor management, including setting up of new vendors, escalating payments for critical vendors, and following up with vendors as needed for payment statuses.
• Data entry, facilitation of required paperwork, and support of month-end procedures as needed.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements, research, and process any missing invoices immediately.
• Assist reconciling raw material inventory.
