Responsibilities

Enter carrier and freight information into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain and update accounts payable and freight records to ensure information remains current and complete.
Validate data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
Support Accounts Payable processes and documentation by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Resolve data discrepancies as assigned, collaborating with internal stakeholders when necessary.
Meet established productivity and accuracy goals in a high-volume environment.
Follow structured procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in all data entry tasks.
