About The Position

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor for its Atlanta division. This role will be based at the corporate office and will support both corporate and subsidiary AP needs. PAG is a leading provider of MRO and value-added supply chain services to the aerospace and defense industries, with a global presence and a large employee base.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of prior accounts payable experience.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of communication / customer service skills.
• Ability to use and create excel formulas.
• At least 2-4 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.

Nice To Haves

• Accounting degree (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable for assigned division(s).
• Research and verify invoice data.
• Complete vendor account reconciliation (received not invoiced, claims, statement, etc.).
• Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers/vendors.
• Process payments to include checks, credit card and other electronic payment types.
• Special Projects as assigned.
• High-volume (manual) invoice processing.
• Accurate data entry.
• 3-way match.
