About The Position

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy active team development and continual process improvement. The accounting team at Rayus Radiology is a diverse group of accounting professionals fostering continuous learning, employee appreciation and promoting an inclusive culture. As an Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading the Accounts Payable team providing oversight of the day-to-day operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of all Accounts Payable responsibilities. This role assists in developing, implementing and achieving department goals and overall team member development. This is a Full-Time 100% remote position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
  • Seven (7) years' progressive accounts payable experience
  • Four (4) years' experience supervising or managing direct reports
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, especially with Excel Others include Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related relevant and applicable field
  • Coupa software experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly vendor payment processes and accounts payable month-end close process
  • Manage resources to meet deadlines and customer needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Oversee administration of Great Plains payables module and Coupa software
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
  • Develop, maintain, and document internal policies, procedures and practices
  • Manage Company purchasing card compliance reporting process
  • Participate in monthly accounting steering committee meetings and lead process design changes and training that arise from upgrading or converting to new software
  • Develop, mentor, and supervise the accounts payable team
  • Define job responsibilities and set department priorities
  • Oversee and participate in team member development, performance evaluations, compensation, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or terminations when necessary
  • Oversee and assist in the hiring and training of new team members
  • Develop, implement and present training sessions for new and existing team members
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
