This temporary role is ideal for a hands-on AP leader who can quickly step into a high-volume environment, support day-to-day AP operations, coach and lead a team, and help strengthen processes, accountability, and service delivery. In this role, you will manage a team of five direct reports and provide leadership across the full accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment administration, vendor maintenance, corporate credit card activity, employee expense reimbursements, month-end close support, reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls. You will also serve as a key partner to Accounting, Operations, and community teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and ensure timely and accurate processing. The successful candidate will bring strong direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, accountability, and team development. This role requires someone who can assess team performance, establish clear expectations, support KPI development, and help create structure around priorities, productivity, and service standards. We are looking for a leader who can balance hands-on AP support with the ability to guide a team through process improvement and change.
