This year-round internship begins Summer 2026 and continues into 2027, offering a chance to work on our Accounts Payable team, with potential course credit available. Requirements
- Qualified applicants must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- You must also be enrolled in school at the time of the internship.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and processing incoming invoices, statements and payment requests.
- Handle vendor change, tax and W8/W9 forms and requests
- Support audit paperwork preparation
- Monthly journal entry preparation
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
