About The Position
TESIM Electric is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk – Entry Level to help process vendor invoices and maintain accurate payable records. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What Success Looks Like: Accurate work, responsive communication, dependable attendance, organized records, respectful teamwork, and consistent follow-through.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, office, retail cash office, or data-entry experience.
- Basic Excel and strong numerical accuracy.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Receive, enter, code, and route invoices for review and approval.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams about missing information.
- Maintain organized records and assist with statement review and routine reconciliations.
