About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk within our Finance division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. This position is responsible for processing invoices and managing payment status requests. Other responsibilities include cross-training in other Accounts Payable positions and assisting with updating AP documentation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma is required and 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience and/or training and previous data entry skills required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a high level of organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to complete work within the stated deadline.
  • Basic telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in data entry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with D365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, uploading and auditing invoices.
  • Maintaining the AP mailbox to ensure inquires and invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Researching and resolving outstanding checks.
