About The Position

Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family, a leading strata/condo and rental management company in Canada. The Tribe Management division focuses on strata and rental management services, handling the daily operations of residential and mixed-use properties. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Delta office. This role is ideal for an individual who is good with numbers, prefers structure, and is meticulous about accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable working with high-volume, routine tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to manage deadlines and work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Strata or property management experience

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process invoices accurately and on time
  • Prepare and post invoice batches
  • Maintain vendor records and keep information up to date
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Support cheque runs and payment processing
  • Post pre-authorized payments and maintain documentation
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
