About The Position

The Account Collections Coordinator is responsible for daily deposits, handling cash and calling and corresponding with customers regarding balances and making payment arrangements. This position requires a level of discretion regarding customer accounts.

Requirements

• Collections Experience 1 year preferred
• Office Administrative Experience 1 year
• Excellent attention to details and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Basic Accounting Skills Preferred
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as with a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Associates Degree Preferred
• Ability to work 40 hours/week
• Ability to pass Drug and Background Screening
