A global trading and investment company. In trading, it specializes in a variety of commodities such as Chemicals, Steel,Semiconductors materials. In investment, it focus on Renewable Energ: Solar/BESS projects & EV-DC Fast Charging Solutions.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Korean required
- Smart, quick-thinking, and able to make sound judgement calls in fast moving situations
- Strong learning agility; this role involves a steep learning curve, so the ability to pick up new tasks quickly is essential
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- Prior experience with SAP is a plus
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience(around 3 years) at an accounting firm is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support month-end/ year-end closing processes
- Handle journal entries and general accounting operations
- Analyzes financial information, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Assist Consolidation reporting of US GAAP and IFRS (consolidation package)
- Analyzes accounting issue and problem and report to Accounting head/Controller
- Support local tax compliance reporting(On the job training provided; no prior tax experience required)
- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager
