About The Position

This role provides accounting support, focusing on accounts payable duties and assisting with invoicing issues in collaboration with the sales team. The position is located in Batesburg, South Carolina.

Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales to resolve invoicing issues
  • Code, enter, and file invoices
  • Communicate with vendors and reconcile statements
  • Complete new vendor forms
  • Perform other duties as assigned
