We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Supervisor to support the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time—while also supporting and guiding a team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting or related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, or accounting workflows is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office systems
• Familiarity with ACH and share draft processing preferred
• Adherence to all regulatory and policy requirements
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work

Nice To Haves

• additional education in Accounting/Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and workflows
• Review reconciliations and journal entries for accuracy and completeness
• Support month-end close activities and timelines
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and audit readiness
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and consistency
• Implement process improvements to support scalability and reduce risk
• Supervise and support Accounting Representatives
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work
• Help ensure consistency across accounting functions
