The Credit Union Advisor II is responsible for building long-term relationships with Members through in-person interactions, video conferencing, and phone calls. This role serves as the primary point of contact, consistently providing an exemplary first impression. The Advisor works to understand Members' financial needs and addresses them by recommending appropriate products and services. They are expected to provide extraordinary service and value, ensuring a positive impact with every interaction. The position supports TTCU’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values, with all activities aligning with these core beliefs and complying with regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act. This role does not supervise any staff.
