About The Position
Hubert Vester Auto Group’s Accounting team is looking for a positive, energetic team player to support the Accounting Staff. In this role, the right person will be able to handle the following and more:
Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- File all required documentation on the appropriate files.
- Scan all required documentation on CDK’s DSDA system.
- Maintain service records.
- Support remote positions with scanning and filing documents.
- Order office supplies as needed.
