The Accounting Specialist supports the Accounting Department by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role communicates regularly with tenants, vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure financial information is handled accurately, consistently, and on time. In addition to transaction support, the Accounting Specialist helps maintain organization across the department through documentation, shared inbox management, and administrative coordination, and provides backup support across departments as needed.
