About The Position

Requirements

• General computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Creating manifests
• Billing orders as they close (leave)
• Resolving any discrepancy preventing the bill with the shipping department
• Generating invoices – confirm pricing, pallets, freight rates, and PO numbers
• Updating tracking spreadsheets daily
• Preparing and handling export documents
• Other clerical duties as assigned
