The Securities Division regulates Arizona’s investment market and is on the forefront of protecting Arizonans from financial frauds. When fraud or other violations related to securities law occur, the Securities Division’s Enforcement Group seeks payments from the accountable parties. This position will be housed within the 25-person Enforcement Group and is an integral part of the enforcement process. The main responsibility of the position is to assist in monitoring the Securities Division’s payment program. This includes accounting, reconciling, and reporting the amounts paid directly to the Division and through other governmental agencies. The position processes the distribution of funds to victim investors or the state general fund, coordinates with the enforcement case teams (attorneys, investigators and forensic accountants) regarding financial information relevant to the position, assists in locating victim investors, and is the primary contact for public inquiries regarding the receipt and distribution of funds.
