Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the accounting.
Proven experience in the accounting field.
Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organized effectively.
Team player and willing to help others.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and can work independently.

Responsibilities

Assist with processing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and customer billing/invoices activities.
Exercise sound judgment when resolving complex accounting matters related to billing, credit, and account discrepancies.
Support Month-End Close.
Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Reconcile AP and AR subledgers to the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and research variances as needed.
Process, reconcile, and maintain various company credit card accounts.
Assist with internal and external audits throughout the year by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses.
Conduct vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Reconcile various balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
Perform all other duties assigned.
