About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with month-end close activities. Requirements

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
Generate and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Research and resolve variances or discrepancies
Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis for management
Enter financial data into accounting systems with high accuracy
Maintain and update accounting records and files
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Work closely with internal departments (HR, operations, procurement) to resolve billing or expense issues
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
