As an Accounting Specialist Senior within PNC's Real Estate organization, you will be based within the PNC Multifamily Capital footprint.

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Bachelors

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides accounting, reporting and analytical expertise in support of a business function or business unit.
  • Provides specialized accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, accounting research and control oversight for the company.
  • Creates accounting memoranda and various specialized reports for internal and external use.
  • Completes month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities including the preparation and review of journal entries and appropriate audit work papers, and the reconciliation of accounts for such activities. These activities may relate to bank accounting, loans and investments, deposits, tax, and subsidiary regulatory reporting.
  • Supports and assists accounting staff in the development of their professional skills.
