Accounting Software Implementation Specialist
About The Position
Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, growing SaaS technology company that provides AI-powered accounting and financial workflow solutions. The Accounting Software Implementation Specialist will use hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience to onboard and support small to mid-sized accounting and bookkeeping firms. This customer-facing role helps new clients implement the software, understand its features, and achieve value during their first 90–100 days as customers. The position is fully remote within the United States, with availability required during Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time business hours. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, eight hours per day. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time professional experience.
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Practical understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations independently.
- Comfort conducting virtual training and customer onboarding sessions.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, or Client Onboarding.
- Experience working with bookkeeping or accounting firms.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Experience using CRM and customer communication platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, or Slack.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, software implementation, and training sessions.
- Guide accounting and bookkeeping firms through their first 90–100 days as customers.
- Conduct virtual onboarding calls, product demonstrations, and follow-up training.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer questions during implementation.
- Help customers configure workflows and adopt accounting software effectively.
- Monitor onboarding progress and support customer retention.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests for internal product teams.
