Accounting Representative - Seasonal Part-Time

This position is part of the Crop Division accounting team, supporting daily operations within the company’s largest business division. This is a seasonal, part-time role averaging approximately 2 hours per weekday during standard business hours.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and numerical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Process and apply cash receipts accurately and timely
- Take customer payments over the phone and ensure proper application and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve payment-related items
- Respond to customer , agency , and internal inquiries related to payments and accounts via email and phone
- Assist with other tasks as needed during peak periods
