Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting policy, financial standards, or internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA a huge plus.
  • Internal Controls experience a huge plus!
  • Experience working in a global organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance local finance standards and supporting documentation, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
  • Define and govern U.S. data standards, including data definitions, naming conventions, and classification rules, to ensure consistency and integrity across financial systems and reporting.
  • Own the finance policy governance framework, including change management, exception handling, and documentation.
  • Maintain a centralized, version-controlled repository of all finance policies with clear accessibility.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Compliance, and PMI Global teams to ensure standards and policies are practical, scalable, and enforceable.
  • Support onboarding and training related to finance standards and policies.
