This is a newly created “Player-Coach” role within the Accounting Service Desk, established to provide essential day-to-day leadership as the team expands. Reporting directly to the Accounting Operations Support Manager, the Team Lead serves as a critical support layer, acting as the first point of escalation for complex accounting and billing inquiries. This position offers a unique chance to step into leadership, providing mentorship and operational oversight without the burden of full people management. While this role is labeled as hybrid and can sit in various office locations (including Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Phoenix, San Diego, or Seattle ), the team is currently fully remote . The firm is open to candidates across the U.S.; however, you must be strictly committed to working 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific Time to ensure coverage for the West Coast needs.
