About The Position

Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems. As an Accounting Operations Associate, you will assist the team with data entry, expense processing, and bookkeeping for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; proficiency with Excel is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions through Ramp, Paylocity, and other appropriate software ensuring transactions follow established guidelines; prepare regular and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Ensure all transactions are complete, accurate, and properly supported; identify and flag missing information, inconsistencies, and/or unusual activity
  • Assist with vendor setup and upkeep ensuring vendor records are accurate and complete
  • Respond to inquiries related to expenses and reimbursements; coordinate with the accounting team to resolve issues and improve processes; maintain strict confidentiality
