About The Position

Arcticom, LLC provides network and systems administration, enterprise architecture and resource planning, certification and accreditation, software design, programming, maintenance of telecommunications and land mobile radio equipment and systems, help desk support and IT transformation services among other services. This position serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors. The role involves collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate financial and operational data, reconciling daily cash receipts, processing daily bank deposits, and reviewing, coding, and submitting expense invoices. It also includes processing daily invoices, applying knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), establishing and maintaining customer and vendor accounts, and updating company databases, reports, and spreadsheets. The position requires strong mathematical and analytical skills to support accounting and administrative functions, preparing and submitting reports, and performing various office administration and clerical duties. Additionally, it involves tracking and maintaining business and financial data, providing analytical support, processing and monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) and project codes for accurate job costing, and ensuring the accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of company records. The role also focuses on identifying areas for operational improvement and contributing to process innovation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years prior experience or relevant higher education
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Constant state of mental alertness.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Acceptable background check results.

Nice To Haves

  • Certificates of qualifications in office administration or business management.

  • Knowledge of RF equipment, security systems and radio equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate financial and operational data.

  • Prepare and process daily bank deposits in a timely manner.
  • Review, code, and submit expense invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting procedures.
  • Process daily invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to support accounting functions and maintain compliance.
  • Establish and maintain new customer and vendor accounts within company systems.
  • Maintain and update company databases, reports, and spreadsheets on the shared drive.
  • Utilize strong mathematical and analytical skills to support accounting and administrative functions.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform a variety of office administration and clerical duties to support daily operations.
  • Track and maintain essential business and financial data.
  • Provide analytical support through data review, report analysis, and trend identification.
  • Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and project codes to ensure accurate job costing and expense allocation.
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of company records and financial information.
  • Identifying areas for operational improvement and contributing to process innovation.
