Requirements

Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience required
Computer skills required
excel experience necessary
Efficient multi-tasker
Strong mathematical and problem solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Self-Motivated
Ability to communicate customers'; interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
Professional personal appearance
Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Suite a plus
Dealership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist controller in distribution of company and department needs, while anticipating capacity
Bank reconciliation
Work with AP to meet monthly deadlines
Clean up entries supported by manager approval with strong understanding of general ledger and correcting when necessary
All company schedules (VW/Chevy) – daily reconciling and weekly distribution of consolidated schedules to staffers and controller
Enter all dealer trade activity and reconcile general ledger
Assist coworkers and customer in a positive and professional manner
Back up for deposit preparation
Projects as assigned
