About The Position

Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounting Manager to oversee, manage and lead day-to-day financial operations across our growing home health organization. This position is well-suited for a professional who possesses an advanced level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel’s functionalities and values accuracy, consistency, and accountability and who can thrive in a structured, fast-paced healthcare environment. This role leads a collaborative accounting team that complements organizational leadership, operations, and compliance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing and performing routine financial processes while identifying opportunities and implementing processes to sustain continuous improvements as the organization grows.

Requirements
