  • Hands-on experience managing or coordinating international statutory audits, including working with external auditors and accounting advisors.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with converting U.S. GAAP financial information to local accounting standards.
  • Experience managing multiple audit workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines across stakeholders or geographic locations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow up proactively, resolve issues, and drive accountability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and a hands-on approach is essential.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Partner with external advisors preparing local statutory financial statements and converting U.S. GAAP financial information to local accounting standards.
  • Review U.S. GAAP-to-local GAAP reconciliations, bridge files, supporting schedules, and statutory reporting deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
