You will work on-site Monday through Friday, with your choice of a 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm shift. Your schedule is consistent, so you can count on dependable hours each week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience leading or supervising an accounting team

Responsibilities
- Lead the financial team and provide daily coaching and support.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring both accuracy and integrity in financial records.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
