Accounting Manager

Beautylish Inc.Walnut Creek, CA
$130,000 - $150,000Hybrid

About The Position

Beautylish is a cosmetics and skincare vertical with a presence in both the retail e-commerce and wholesale space. Operating across multiple entities and international markets, we partner with best-in-class brands and major retailers, and run our own product lines— including fast-growing skincare brand Good Molecules— to serve a loyal, global customer base. Our finance team sits at the center of this growth, using NetSuite as our ERP backbone and applying rigorous accounting standards across multi-currency, multi-entity operations. We are seeking an Accounting Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations and help us scale a high-functioning finance function. Reporting to the Controller, you will lead a small team and be hands-on across the full accounting cycle—from month-end close and GL reconciliations to process improvement and cross-functional reporting. We believe in getting better every month. That means rolling up your sleeves before delegating, understanding the business deeply, and being comfortable with ambiguity in a lean, fast-moving environment. This role will grow as the company and team grow.
