About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who’s ready to step into something bigger than a traditional role. This position is built as a Controller-track opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants real ownership, visibility, and a clear path to expanded financial leadership. You’ll run day-to-day accounting operations while elevating the function—tightening controls, improving reporting, and building audit-ready financials under U.S. GAAP. Over time, this role will naturally expand into broader oversight of the close process, audits, and financial structure consistent with a Controller-level position. If you’re someone who’s been executing at a high level but hasn’t yet been given the reins—this is that opportunity.

Requirements

  • Strong technical accounting foundation (GAAP)
  • Advanced Excel skills—you don’t just use it, you leverage it
  • Experience with accounting systems / ERP platforms
  • Ability to operate as both a doer and a leader
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Clear, confident communicator—especially with ownership
  • A proactive mindset—you fix problems instead of working around them
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role

  • Strengthen internal controls and close discipline
  • Prepare for and support external audits as a primary contact
  • Partner directly with ownership on financial review and insights
  • Gradually take ownership of close oversight, reporting structure, and controls
