Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred)
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
Communicate clearly, lead confidently, and manage multiple priorities with ease

Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, allocations, and reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly allocation, accrual calculations, review monthly and year-end financial statements for the consolidated company and subsidiaries
Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with bank covenants and reporting requirements
Coordinate and support annual audits by preparing documentation
Monitor inventory status and fund availability for related transactions
Assist with hiring, training, and developing accounting team members
Collaborate with the Controller and other departments to improve processes and strengthen controls
