About The Position

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and help support and lead our business operations in the accounting department. As an Accounting Manager, you will process and generate financial data for all dealership departments, which together represent the accurate financial condition of the business office. The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and is responsible for the effective operation of the accounting office. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw t-bar graphs. Ability to calculate amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Associate degree or equivalent
Five or more related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
