About The Position

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading accounting/finance team members and processes. This role involves conducting various financial and cost analyses to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the business. The position will also involve participation in corporate-wide and product group initiatives, along with other related duties to support the department, division, and company. Safety is paramount, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance
Five year’s experience in financial accounting or finance related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

CPA or CMA certification
Master’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: accounting, credit and collections, information technology, financial analysis, project management, people development, procurement, human resources, contract management, risk management, internal controls, business law
ERP system experience including Oracle, One Stream, etc.
Desire and mobility to become a Controller or Department Manager
Previous Leadership experience
Previous manufacturing experience
