Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
2+ years of leadership or people management experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience leading month-end close processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead change, improve processes, and work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

Experience with multi-site accounting and multi-currency transactions is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage the month-end close process and maintain the general ledger.
Review complex journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, inventory, and lease accounting.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
Lead and support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to strengthen inventory and manufacturing accounting processes.
Improve internal controls, streamline workflows, and identify automation opportunities.
Support audits, financial reporting, and special projects.
Collaborate with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights that drive business decisions.
Help build scalable accounting processes to support the company's continued growth.
