About The Position

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to come join the 4Wall team! While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Working closely with the Corporate Controller, Division Controllers, and Accounting Compliance Administrator, you will lead month-end close activities, manage general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee debt and lease accounting, and support annual audit requirements. This role also provides leadership to the accounting team while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 4 years in accounting management
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Extensive experience with general ledger accounting
• Extensive experience with account reconciliations
• Extensive experience with month-end close processes
• Experience supporting external audits
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of accounting software

• MAS experience
• Oracle Netsuite experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
